The first Prizefighter of 2012 – Light Welterweights II will be broadcast live from the Civic Hall in Wolverhampton on Saturday 11 February live on Sky Sports HD1 & Sky 3D.
Matchroom Sport have assembled what they claim to be the best line-up in the tournaments history as the 23rd edition of the groundbreaking event hits the Midlands for the first time.
Unbeaten stars Dale Miles and Tyrone Nurse lead the way alongside former British champion Barry Morrison, English Welterweight king Adil Anwar and major title challengers John Watson, Young Mutley, Dean Harrison and Mark Lloyd.
“I think this is the best line-up we’ve had in Prizefighter so far,” said promoter Eddie Hearn. “Every one of the eight quality performers in the mix on February 11 will believe they can win and that promises to make it a special night in front of a packed crowd at the Civic Hall.”
Before the action gets underway there are two Prizefighter Prospect contests as unbeaten Matchroom Sport young guns Ryan Aston (Middleweight, 4-0) and Tommy Ghent (Welterweight, 2-0) look to further their respective winning pro records.
Prizefighter – Light Welterweights II will be live on Sky Sports HD1 and Sky 3D on Saturday 11 February from 8pm.
