Premier Sports TV has secured more boxing for UK viewers this month. On the back of the recent Felix Strum, Tyson Fury and John O’Donnell bouts, Premier Sports will screen a double bill of big fight action on Sky channel 433 this weekend.
The next event takes place on Saturday, September 18 with Carl Frampton vs. Yuriy Voronin from the Ulster Hall, Belfast at 20:00. Frampton, who faces tough guy Yuri Voronin is the main event of a six-fight Barry McGuigan promotion. The fight is followed later by the Shane Mosley vs. Sergio Mora contest live from The Staples Center in Los Angeles at 02:00 in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Premier Sports is a new sports channel available through subscription to around 10 million Sky platform users on channel 433. The channel costs £6.99 per month with no annual contract. Currently they are building up a sports portfolio that includes live boxing, football from the Blue Square Premier, South America and Ireland, Gaelic sports and live rugby league from Australia.
