The BBC have announced five live fixtures for the first part of the new npower Football League Championship season.
As previously mentioned on touchline.tv, the BBC will open their coverage with Leeds United’s opening weekend tie against Derby County on Saturday, August 7. Subsequent ties include Burnley v Preston North End on Saturday, September 11 and the South Yorkshire Derby, Doncaster Rovers v Sheffield United on Saturday, September 23.
In November, BBC Sport will feature two live fixtures, the South Wales Derby between Cardiff City and Swansea City on Sunday, November 7 and the East Anglian Derby between Norwich City and Ipswich Town on Sunday, November 28.
