Sky Sports will show all six Carling Nations Cup matches in February and May 2011 in Ireland and the UK, with all of the ties also to be shown in 3D. The agreement also includes simultaneous live broadcast of the Welsh matches in the Welsh language on S4C.
The opening matches of the Carling Nations Cup will take place on Tuesday 8th February as the Republic of Ireland take on Wales followed on February 9th by Northern Ireland v Scotland.
The final matches of the tournament take place between 24th – 29th May. The Republic of Ireland face Northern Ireland on Tuesday 24th May (7.45pm kick-off). Wales v Scotland is the match on Wednesday 25th May (7.45pm kick-off), Northern Ireland v Wales on Friday 27th May (7.45pm kick-off) and Republic of Ireland v Scotland in a 6.30pm kick-off on Sunday 29th May. All matches will be played at the Aviva Stadium and will be broadcast live on Sky Sports 1 / HD1 and by Sky 3D.
