The final group games of the 2010/11 Champions League season get underway on Tuesday, December 7 and Wednesday, December 8 with games live on Sky Sports and ITV1.
Coverage commences on Tuesday, December 7 on Sky Sports 2 / HD2 with Manchester United v Valencia live from Old Trafford in a 19:45 kick-off. The Red Devils are looking to secure top spot as they head on into the knockout phase of the competition. At the same time on Sky Sports 4 / HD4, Tottenham will be hoping to repeat their 4-1 demolition of FC Twente back in September in their visit to the De Grolsch Veste stadium.
On Wednesday, December 8, ITV1 present live coverage of Arsenal’s final Champions League group match against Partizan Belgrade at the Emirates Stadium. The Gunners have scored 11 goals in their two previous European home games this season – thrashing Braga 6-0 and beating Shakhtar Donetsk 5-1. Cesc Fabregas and co will be fancied to maintain their goalscoring form against the Group H strugglers tonight. Commentary comes from Peter Drury and Jim Beglin.
Also on Wednesday, Sky Sports 2 / HD2 will feature live coverage of Chelsea’s visit to the Stade Vélodrome to take on Ligue 1 Champions, Marseille in another 19:45 kick-off.
