Roy Hodgson’s under pressure Liverpool side play host to Italian outfit Napoli on Thursday, November 4 as the next round of Europa League ties take place. Channel Five this time around pick up the Liverpool coverage in an 20:05 kick-off live from Anfield, Jim Rosenthal is on presenting duties.
Earlier in the day, ITV4 will screen the other tie with domestic interest as Manchester City take a trip to Poland to face Lech Poznan. Roberto Mancini is another manager under some pressure to deliver a trophy this season for big spending Manchester City. The match takes place again on Thursday, November 4 and is an early kick-off at 18:00, Matt Smith is on presenting duties for ITV4.
ITV4 will screen another Europa League tie at 20:05 as Paris St Germain face Borussia Dortmund in a Group J encounter. ESPN will have the pick of the other ties involving non-domestic teams, with the Rosenborg v Atletico Madrid Group B clash at 18:00 and Steaua Bucharest v Utrecht in a Group J 20:05 kick-off.
