  • FC Barcelona of Spain for UEFA (Union of European football Associations)
  • Santos FC of Brazil for CONMEBOL (Confederación Sudamericana de Fútbol)

The second semi-final will see European Champions Barcelona take on either Tunisia’s Esperance Sportive De Tunis or Qatari club Al-Sadd.
