The Football Association has announced the two FA Cup Fourth Round replay ties to be broadcast live on TV.
ITV1 will broadcast the replay of the North-East derby between Middlesbrough and Sunderland on Wednesday 8 February with the game kicking off at 7.45pm.
Having battled to a 1-1 draw in front of ITV cameras on Sunday 29 January, the North-East derby switches over to the Riverside Stadium with Middlesbrough and Sunderland looking to secure a home tie with Arsenal in the Fifth Round.
Sunday’s encounter at the Stadium of Light saw Barry Robson give ‘Boro the lead on 16 minutes before Frazier Campbell equalised with a right foot shot from inside the penalty area.
ESPN will broadcast Blackpool’s trip to Hillsborough in an FA Cup Fourth Round replay on Tuesday 7 February in a 7.45pm kick off.
A last minute Kevin Phillips penalty saved the Championship side’s blushes in the first fixture after Clinton Morrison’s opener for Sheffield Wednesday looked to have sent the Owls through to the Fifth Round. The winners of the replay will face Everton at Goodison Park.
