Sky Sports News are serving up a Christmas Day treat for football fans with an exclusive interview with Barcelona ace Cesc Fabregas.
The former Arsenal captain switched the Emirates for the Nou Camp in the summer in a £30m deal. Sky Sports Georgie Thompson travelled to Barcelona to meet the playmaker and discuss his emotional departure from Arsenal and return to his boyhood club.
The Spain midfielder’s move to the Catalan giants was a long drawn out affair, with rumours about Fabregas leaving Arsenal emerging months before his departure. Fabregas tells Special Report how he lost motivation and the faith of his Arsenal team mates during his last year with the Gunners and how he wept when it was time to say goodbye.
The show will also see how Fabregas is getting on off the pitch in the Spanish city, as the 24-year-old relaxes at home with Gerard Pique and goes back to his roots with a visit to his old school.
Special Report: Cesc in Barcelona is on Sky Sports News on Christmas Day at 12.30pm and again at 5.30pm.

Fabregas was one of the best player… When he was in arsenal. But now he is in the middle of many best players. Barca never tried much to buy him… Hehimself tried and moved… Still one thing is sure. Arsenal made u as leader that means they belive u… Fabregas… But u youtself lost ur leadership and become just player… Who has no perfect position in team. Till now.. Anyhow if u return to arsenal then iam the first person to celebrate…. “we have to be..is.. Where we have our own value … One thing was sure that arsenal fans loved u like … How barca fans love messi… !!!!!!!!!at the end … No body asks how much cups u won … How much goals u scored… Every body asks how much u valued someone!!!!! A gunner is always a gunner……. U r gunner not catalan … But iam an indian who loves 2fs football and fabregas… Even i born in cricketing nation…..
Fabregas is a legend a role model to many and he is a true Gunner. Every time he plays on the pitch he bring s something more exciting and interesting in a game. We all understand the reason why he left Fabregas left for love to be reunited with his old club but he is a Gunner forever and he will never be forgotten. No matter how much arsenal fans wish he could come back he is still in our hearts. He is a true legend and a hero.
