ESPN will broadcast the second of five live Womens Super League matches this season as Doncaster Rovers Belles take on Everton Ladies on Thursday 12th May from the Keepmoat Stadium.
Doncaster Rovers Belles are currently sitting mid-table in The FA WSL – the new women’s summer super league – and will be hoping for a swift return to form after a heavy defeat in front of home fans on Saturday 7th May, losing 3-0 against Arsenal. Everton ladies are yet to seal a victory, however have proven they are a side hard to beat with a tally of one loss and four draws in the competition so far.
The match is only the second WSL game to be televised live after Arsenal Ladies 1-0 win over Chelsea last month. Kick off is at 7.45pm with ESPN coverage running from 7.15pm until 10pm. A 90-minute highlights programme will be broadcast on Friday 13th May from 2.30pm until 4pm.
