Premier Sports has announced that they are to broadcast live and exclusive coverage of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series in the UK, starting with the Budweiser Shoot Out on the 12th February.
In a press release, Premier Sports announced that all 38 weeks of racing will be brought to viewers live and advert free for motorsports fans in the UK.
A Premier Sports TV spokesperson commented, “This is really terrific news for viewers In the UK who have been struggling to watch NASCAR racing consistently.”
“‘Our channel is fully committed to NASCAR and its long-term future in the UK. Fans of stock car racing are some of the most passionate and loyal in the world and we hope they get behind the coverage and support the channel.”
“Racing fans will get non-stop advert free action from what we believe is the ultimate endurance and skill challenge for drivers and a truly world-class sporting event.”
Premier Sports TV operates on Sky channel 433 making it viewable through subscription to nearly 10 million households, however is not yet available on any other platforms.
