The Formula 1 season heads to Turkey this weekend, for the fourth race of the 2011 Formula 1 season at the Istanbul Park Circuit.
Reigning champion Sebastian Vettel has set the early pace in this year’s drivers’ title race but has unhappy memories of the Istanbul track, having crashed out of the race last year after a collision with his team-mate, Mark Webber.
The Turkish Grand Prix was first raced in 2005, with Kimi Raikkonen the winner, followed by Felipe Massa winning the 2006, 2007 and 2008 Turkish Grand Prix, the 2009 race winner was Jenson Button, and in 2010 Lewis Hamilton claimed victory.
