The Grand Slam of Darts returns to the Wolverhampton Civic Hall from November 12-20 with Sky Sports taking over coverage from ITV.
The field for the Grand Slam of Darts consists of 32 players including three time winner Phil Taylor, reigning champion Scott Waites and World Champion Adrian Lewis. They will be joined by Premier League Darts champion Gary Anderson, UK Open winner James Wade and former World Champions Raymond van Barneveld, John Part, Mark Webster and Steve Beaton.
BDO representation includes two-time World Champion Ted Hankey, Tony O’Shea, Jan Dekker and 2011 World finalist Dean Winstanley. Martin Adams, the current BDO World Champion is not taking part in the event.
The tournament will culminate on Sunday November 20, with the semi-finals and final played across two sessions as players battle for the £100,000 first prize.
William Hill have been confirmed as the new sponsors for the Grand Slam of Darts and speaking ahead of the tournament, PDC Chairman Barry Hearn said : “We’d like to welcome William Hill as the new title sponsors of the 2011 Grand Slam of Darts and look forward to working with such a well-known and respected brand,”

The William Hill Grand Slam of Darts 2011 starts on Saturday 12 November at 8pm on Sky Sports HD1.
